• Name, phone number, and email address when you create an account or contact support
• Delivery/shipping address for order fulfillment
• Order history and items in your cart
• Payment confirmation details from your chosen mobile money provider (EVC Plus, eDahab, or Premier Wallet) — we do not store your mobile money PIN or full account credentials; these are handled directly by the payment provider

Information collected automatically:

• Device information (device type, operating system) for app performance and compatibility
• App usage data (pages viewed, features used) to improve the Services
• Push notification tokens, if you enable notifications, to send order updates

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Process and fulfill your orders
• Communicate with you about orders, support requests, and (if you opt in) promotions
• Improve the app and website
• Prevent fraud and maintain security
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Payment Processing

Payments made through EVC Plus, eDahab, or Premier Wallet are processed directly by those providers. We receive confirmation that a payment was made but do not have access to your mobile wallet PIN or full account details. Please refer to each provider's own privacy terms for how they handle your payment data.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

• The mobile money provider you select, to process your payment
• Delivery partners, to fulfill and ship your order
• Service providers who help us operate the Services (e.g., hosting), under confidentiality obligations
• Authorities, if required by law

5. Data Retention

We retain order and account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

6. Your Choices

• You can update your account information at any time within the app
• You can opt out of promotional notifications while still receiving essential order updates
• You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us (see Section 8)

7. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
